Shipping and Returns
Pickleball Marketplace, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
In-stock merchandise orders received by 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, are generally shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays are shipped the next business day. All shipping is done via USPS. If we cannot ship due to adverse weather conditions, we will send you a personal email to notify you of the delay. During times of personal vacation, a shipping notification will be posted on the Pickleball Marketplace homepage site. The notification will specify the date you can expect your order to ship.
If you receive a damaged product due to shipment handling, retain the original shipping carton with all packing materials, including the shipping label. Email pictures of the damaged item to: email@example.com. A claim will be filed with USPS and a replacement product will be granted at no charge. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
For returnable items, please use the contact us page. In your "Message to us" section, please explain your reason for the return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and must return the item(s) to Pickleball Marketplace prepaid, and in the original packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable. If "Free Shipping" is given on an order, you cannot receive a credit for the free charges.
- Unused items: Unused items can be returned within a 14 day period for full credit (not a refund), minus shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Used Products (Not Paddles): All used products (examples, but not limited to: apparel, bags, balls, gifts, and grips, etc.) may be returnable for a credit or refund on a case by case basis. If an issue should arise, please contact us by email with a description and picture of the specific issue, and we will work together to resolve the issue
- Wrong Item Shipped: If Pickleball Marketplace shipped the wrong item to you, then we will pay for the return shipping charges.
- Used Paddles: These may be returned for up to 14 days for 50% credit (not a refund), minus shipping charges. Paddles that have scrapes on the edge guard are not eligible for return through Pickleball Marketplace.
- Defective Paddles/ Warranty: Defective paddles warranties are handled by each manufacturer. The buyer is responsible for contacting and shipping the item direct to the manufacturer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on warranties.
